Q: Which app should I use to access the device?

A: The app name for this device is “V380 Pro”. Search and download the app from Apple or Google Play store. 

Q: Does the camera support dual-band connection?

A: No, this device will only connect to a 2.4 GHZ network so your phone needs to be connected to the 2.4GHZ WIFI

Q: Can I add an SD card for extra storage?

A: Yes, you may add a Micro SD card up to 128 GB.

Q: Which format should I use for the SD card?

A: The format of 32GB below is “FAT32”. The format for 64GB above is “exFAT".

Q: Can I record the videos taken from this camera?

A: Yes,  this camera not only captures high-quality videos but also allows you to record and store them for later playback. With the built-in recording feature, you can review footage at your convenience, ensuring you never miss a moment.

Q: I'm getting a "Device Offline" prompt. What should I do?

A: Restart the camera, and make sure that it is connected to your WIFI. If the router has been replaced or the password has been changed, reconnect the device to the WIFI.
