Q: Which app should I use to access the device?

A: The app name for this device is “GPS365”. Search and download the app from Apple or Google Play store. 

Q: Which login should I use to access the app?

A: Your login ID is the IMEI number written in the sticker inside the product box. The default password is the last 6 digits of the IMEI.

Q: Does this device support 5G?

A: No, you can only connect this device to a 4G network.

Q: Can I set a security range for my pet on this device?

A: Yes, definitely. You can set a geo-fence on the map in your app. Once your GPS tracker is out of the pre-set safe range, you will get an alarm.

Q: Does this tracker support LBS positioning?

A: Yes, our device supports 3 different positioning methods -- GPS, WIFI, and LBS positioning.

Q: Is it possible to track my cat's previous locations with this device?

A: Certainly, you can select a start and end time in the app to review the historical trace recorded by your GPS tracker.
